Refund and Returns Policy

1. Advance payment is non-refundable in any case.
2. By max Vidai ceremony the client must have to complete full 80% payment before or at the time of delivering the Raw data, else will not be able to provide raw data.
3. Last 20% payment should be made by the client before album printing, else the album will be kept on hold. (Ignore if album is not there in your package)
4. All the post-processing work of the client’s project will start after the album selection.
5. All the data processing work will take a minimum of three months after receiving album selection. 
6. In case of any changes in the events please inform us in advance otherwise we will not be responsible for any loss.
7. All the other functions apart from the functions mentioned in the package are chargeable.
8. Clients are requested to provide the hard disk with the space of around 200 GB during the event day (engagement, pre-wed, wedding, reception) for the delivery of Raw Data so that it will be easy for the client to provide the selection for the album as soon as possible. Otherwise we don’t take the responsibility for the delays in the completion of the project. An alternate option for providing the raw data (compressed pictures only) is google drive which will take a minimum of 7 days after the event.
9. If the client fails to provide the hard drive during the event day for the raw data collection then on the very next day he/she has to clear our payment as per our commitment.
10. Candid and Cinematic coverage will be done till mandap during the wedding.
11. Maximum time for vidai will be 8 AM. After that our team will leave. In case if the vidai time will exceed 8 AM then after that we will charge extra (Rs 5000 for 3 hrs). Ignore if not applicable. Maximum time for Ruksati will be 12 am for muslim wedding.
12. Stay arrangement will be provided by the client during the event out of Lucknow as per the requirement. (outside Lucknow only, ignore if all your events are in Lucknow only)
13. We, Random Clicks Photography, will not hold any responsibilities for any liability, damage, or loss related to technological failure, including data loss. 

14. We have no duty to obtain or pay for permission of any location including buildings, properties, or other locations to operate drone/shoot thereon. Any failure to obtain these permissions resulting in fines to the photographer, or which prevent the photographer from photographing the event(s) is not our fault, liability, or responsibility.

15. During the event(s), the photographs we clicked are the exclusive property of Random Clicks Photography and we can use them for any promotional activities and at any social and print media platform.

16. Clients are requested to close their project within 6 months, after that we’ll not be responsible for any delays in providing final videos and albums than the expected time.

17. Incase of outstation prewed shoot, we’ll charge ₹10,000 extra as service charge plus travel and stay expenses will be provided by the client.

18. Clients must notify us within a month of their booking if there are any modifications to the package, including the addition or deletion of any service. After that, no refund requests, talks, or revisions will be accepted.

19. After a year, if clients don’t close their project, we will charge an additional 10% of the overall package.
